NAME: Named after owner Matt Dillow's god-daughter Isabella.

VINEYARD: Sourced from a well-renowned single vineyard on Cargo road in the Orange Region.

TASTING NOTES: Soft and approachable with an abundance of plums, cherries and violets on the nose. The palate is luscious and filled with ripe black fruit flavours, subtle spice and liquorice.

FOOD MATCHING: Spaghetti Bolognese, tomato-based pastas and gnocchi or any antipasto selections. Think Mediterranean dishes that are rich and high in fat.

CELLARING: Drink now or suitable for mid-term cellaring up to 7 – 10 years.
