Please read the Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.gartelmann.com.au Website ("the Website") operated by Gartelmann Wines Pty Ltd.
Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Website.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Website.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase a product made available through the Website ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, you credit card details with the exception of the CCV number, name, address, email address and phone number.
Subscriptions
Some purchases are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring six (6) monthly basis.
Payment Information
Gartelmann Wines accepts payment via credit card using the eWay payment gateway. All credit card data is securely encrypted using SSL technology. Please refer to the eWay website for full terms and conditions of their payment system.
Delivery Information
Shipping is conducted through Australia Post eparcel.
Delivery within Australia should be within 5 working days from the time the order is received. We currently charge $10 for delivery to Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast (per case or part thereof), and $15 per case elsewhere in Australia.
Shipping within Australia is Free of Charge for Club Members.
We will endeavour to keep you up to date with possible delivery delays via our automated email system. You can also check the status of your order by using the 'My Account' area if you are a registered user. In all instances we will try to deliver you wines as quickly as is practicable. We want you to enjoy them as soon as you can!
Privacy Statement
For the purposes of completing and fulfilling your online order, we collect the following information:
Contact name and address details
A delivery address (if different to contact address)
Telephone numbers (home and mobile)
Email address (for order confirmations, delivery information and newsletter)
What we do with your Information
The personal information you provide to us will be retained only for as long as necessary to meet the purpose for which the information was collected or as required by law. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out our business or as required by law or other legal processes.
We handle your personal information (electronically and hard copy) in accordance with the National Privacy Principles, and will only use any personal information for business-related purposes or to contact you about our services in the future. As a valued customer of Gartelmann Wines, we will send you information from time to time that specifically relates to the products and/or services that we provide. You will have the option to opt-out of such communications if you wish.
