Classic Italian Cooking Class - Saturday 29th March 2025

$160 per person

Learn how to create some of my favourite Italian inspired dishes;

Classic bruschetta, Herb potato gnocchi, Olive tapenade, Slow braised octopus, Confit garlic, Cook the most amazing 1.5 kilo T-Bone, Fire sear eggplant and capsicum and make the most devine pannacotta.  

Spanish Paella Class - Sunday 9th March 2025

$140 per person

A hands on Paella Cooking Class in the Hunter Valley;

Learn how to cook a Classic Spanish Paella, make Sangria and finish with Churros and chocolate dipping sauce.

Start 10pm Finish 3:30pm

We cook from 10pm onwards and sit down together for our first course at approx. 1pm*

KIDS COOKING CLASSES - Friday 10th January 2025

Two Sessions 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm - $70 per Child under 18 / $85 per Adult

*Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
