Central Ranges

NAME: Named after owner Matt Dillow's youngest sister Delvene.

VINEYARD: Sourced from the well respected Crest Vineyard in the heart of the Central Ranges, one of only a few vineyards in Australia to grow this Rhone varietal.

TASTING NOTES: Bright, juicy and refreshing with plenty of citrus upfront. Subtle stone fruit on the mid-palate, carried by an unobtrusive toastiness and lingering texture.  

FOOD MATCHING: Renowned as the wine for oysters, also great with shellfish and cream-based seafood dishes.

CELLARING: Drink now or suitable for mid-term cellaring up to 7 – 10 years.
