NAME: Named after Jorg Gartelmann’s aunt Lisa

VINEYARD: Brycefield vineyard, Lovedale NSW in the Lower Hunter Valley.

TASTING NOTES: A refined, elegant chardonnay, exhibiting delightful citrus and flinty undertones. The use of great quality French oak adds a delicate toasty vanillin bouquet. Beautifully balanced and a long finish.

FOOD MATCHING: Enjoy now at room temperature with gentle flavours of poached chicken, scallops in cream or soft ripe cheeses.  

CELLARING: Drink from 2024 or cellar until 2029+.
